Arrive 15 minutes early and let the front desk know it’s your first ride. We will show you around and ensure you get set up.

Head to the front desk and let them know your name. They will confirm your bike number and help you get settled.

We have small lockers to put your valuables in. Please pack only what you need, as our change rooms can quickly get busy!
