Rob Watson
Rob is an ex-professional runner, avid cyclist, and triathlete. A four-time national champion and eight-time national team member in track and field and road racing. His career highlights include winning the 2018 BMO Vancouver Marathon, placing 11th at the 2013 Boston Marathon, and a 20th place finish at the 2013 World Marathon Championships.
Since retiring from competitive running, Rob has embraced cycling with a focus on climbing, achieving top-3 finishes in the Cypress Challenge and a win in the Seymour Climb Race. Currently, he’s training for his first full Ironman. When he’s not training, Rob is dedicated to coaching runners with his Mile2Marathon group, listening to records, skiing, and spending time with his partner and two cats.
